What we collect
When you send the quote form we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email if you give one, the job, your town and your message. We also keep the time it was sent, your IP address and your browser type, which help us spot spam.
If Ryan sends you a review request, we record whether the link was opened.
Why we use it
Only to answer your request: Ryan calls or texts you about the job, and you get a text confirming your request arrived. After a job, you may get a text asking for a review, with at most three follow-ups, which stop as soon as you open the link. We never sell or rent your details, and we do not use them for advertising.
Who processes it for us
The site and its database run on Cloudflare. Text messages are sent through GoHighLevel. Each quote request is checked for spam by an automated AI screening service before it reaches Ryan. Google provides the review counts and the map on the site. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies. Each of these handles the data only to provide that service.

You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, or by asking Ryan. Message and data rates may apply.
How long we keep it and your choices
Quote requests are kept as business records for as long as they are useful for the job and for our records. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email DigDaddyExcavation@gmail.com or call 801-928-1577 and we will take care of it.
